About

My Story
For much of my life, food was tied up in rules, restriction, and self-judgment. I spent years battling my body instead of loving it, believing diet culture’s message that my worth was tied to how I looked or what I ate. That cycle left me disconnected from myself, constantly chasing perfection, and never feeling “enough.”
It wasn’t until I discovered mindful eating that I learned to pause, listen to my body, and begin repairing that relationship. Mindful eating taught me that nourishment isn’t just about what’s on the plate—it’s about presence, awareness, and honoring the signals my body gives me.
As I deepened my practice, I realized that true healing didn’t come from discipline or control—it came from self-compassion. Learning to soften, to treat myself with kindness and curiosity, changed everything. For the first time, I could look at my body and my plate with love instead of criticism. That shift not only transformed how I eat, but how I live.
Today, I share this work because I believe food should never be a source of shame. My focus is on helping others release rigid rules, quiet the critical voice inside, and reconnect with their innate ability to nourish themselves—mind, body, and spirit.
The Process
Working with me isn’t about strict rules or meal plans. It’s about slowing down, getting curious, and creating space for kindness toward yourself. We start by simply noticing: how you feel around food, what patterns come up, and how your inner voice speaks to you.
From there, we gently bring in tools that help you reconnect with your body’s cues like hunger, fullness, and satisfaction.
Along the way, I’ll guide you in practicing self-compassion so that food no longer feels like a battle, but instead becomes a source of nourishment and peace. Little by little, these practices weave into your everyday life—helping you feel more grounded, less critical, and more at ease in your relationship with food and yourself.
